Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour with Sati Tours.
1. Booking & Payments
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the trip start date.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days prior: 100% refund (minus processing fee).
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior: No refund.
3. Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
4. Liability
Sati Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from acts of God, strikes, or other causes beyond our control.
