Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Paro Airport and receive a warm welcome from the representative of Sati Toursrn. Begin your Bhutan journey with visits to Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Point), Tashichho Dzong, and Motithang Takin Preserve while enjoying the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Day 2
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Thimphu covering popular attractions including Jungshi Handmade Paper Factory, Folk Heritage Museum, and Memorial Chorten. Explore Bhutan’s rich culture, traditions, and local lifestyle while experiencing the charm of the capital city. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Day 3
After breakfast, drive towards Punakha with a scenic stop at Dochula Pass offering breathtaking Himalayan mountain views. Visit the famous Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Temple of Fertility, and explore the beautiful Punakha Dzong located at the confluence of two rivers. Overnight stay in Punakha.
Day 4
After breakfast, drive towards Paro while enjoying scenic mountain landscapes and peaceful surroundings. Visit Tamchog Lhakhang and Ta Dzong, the National Museum of Bhutan known for its cultural and historical importance. Overnight stay in Paro.
Day 5
Begin your day early with an exciting hike to the famous Taktsang Monastery, also known as Tiger’s Nest. Enjoy stunning valley views, peaceful surroundings, and scenic tea point stops during the hike. Later, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest and most sacred temples. Overnight stay in Paro.
